Terms of Service

Porchlead ("Porchlead," "we," "us") is operated by Alpha Marketing Group. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Porchlead contractor marketplace (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Porchlead is

Porchlead surfaces home-service requests that neighbors post publicly on community platforms, matches them to publicly available property and contact records, and lets vetted contractors purchase access to an individual request. Each unlocked lead is sold to one buyer.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be a legitimate home-service business (or its authorized representative) and at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate business information.

3. Credits, unlocks & refunds

• Leads are unlocked using credits. Credits are purchased in packs and have no cash value.
• If we cannot confirm a lead's contact identity at the time you unlock it, the credit for that unlock is automatically refunded to your account.
• Optional paid manual research may be offered on unverified leads. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
• Except as stated in the Refund Policy, credit purchases are final.

4. Lead data is an inquiry, not consent

Important. A Porchlead lead reflects a homeowner's own public request for a service. It is not prior express written consent to be contacted by autodialer, prerecorded message, or text, and it is not a warranty that the person may lawfully be called. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you contact a lead, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state mini-TCPA and "Do Not Call" laws, and CAN-SPAM. You should scrub numbers against the National and state Do-Not-Call registries and your own internal lists before dialing. Porchlead is not your compliance provider and provides no legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

• Use leads only for your own good-faith outreach about the service the homeowner requested.
• Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export lead data from the Service.
• Do not use the Service for harassment, discrimination, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

6. No warranty on lead outcomes

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any lead will respond, convert, hire you, or that any contact detail is current or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any fines or penalties resulting from your contact practices.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Marketing Group and Porchlead from claims arising out of your use of leads or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including any TCPA, DNC, or privacy claim arising from your outreach.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
