When you spend a credit to unlock a lead, we attempt to confirm the requester's contact identity. If we cannot confirm it at that moment, your credit is automatically returned to your account — you are not charged for a lead we could not verify. You'll see the refund reflected in your credit balance and history right away.
For a lead we couldn't automatically verify, you may choose to pay for manual research, where we look deeper for the requester's contact details. This is an optional, separately priced service. Because it pays for research effort, the manual-research fee is generally non-refundable whether or not the research locates the contact — please only request it if you accept that outcome. If we make a billing error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Purchased credit packs are non-refundable except where required by law, but unused credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. Automatic unlock refunds (above) always apply regardless of how the credits were purchased.
